 Bill Bush Jr. has over 35 years of commercial real estate experience as a developer, broker, principal/owner and investor. He is a Washington DC native and has developed numerous sites throughout the Metropolitan area. He currently represents investors, developers, builders and tenants looking to purchase and lease all types of commercial properties including warehouse, office, retail and residential. He is also active in assisting clients with 1031 exchanges and has worked on all types of commercial, residential, and retail sales in excess of $150 million dollars. Mr Bush has a long list of investor relationships which have been developed over his lustrous career.
Mr. Bush is also an active Business Broker and represents clients with sales and purchases of active businesses. He has worked with restaurants, automobile dealerships, dry cleaners and food and beverage stores; he recently sold O'Leary's Irish Restaurant in Gaithersburg Maryland.
