Silver Spring, MD - United Rentals of North America hired Commercial Brokers to represent their interests in the sale of a former United Rentals location in Silver Spring MD. Nick Propps and David Dolan lead the sales team and immediately located an investor to purchase the property for full price. The property is conveniently located just off Georgia Avenue and the Beltway. The three story building is a mixed use property with retail, office and warehouse space and was sold vacant. The new owner plans to clean up the property and lease the space.
